OpenWorks is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Field Performance Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving the success of our franchise through account growth, retention, and development. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction to exceed scorecard requirements, work hand in hand with all industry specific training and development of the OpenWorks franchise base.
