Responsibilities
- Drive candidate flow through various means to meet staffing needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Attend community events to reach out to potential candidates.
- Build relationships to expand the candidate network.
- Utilize social media and creative methods for candidate outreach.
- Lead and organize job fairs and career events at local schools and universities.
- Source qualified candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
- Outreach to candidates via email, text, and phone calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
- Post job openings on free sites and ensure marketing materials are visible in the market.
- Pre-screen job applicants and inform them about job details and opportunities.
- Match applicants with job requirements and refer qualified candidates to managers.
- Assist in hiring processes and related paperwork.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or public relations.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
