The Bi-Lingual Field Recruiter at Ashley Furniture plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's staffing needs by driving candidate flow through various innovative strategies. This position involves engaging with the community, utilizing social media, and organizing job fairs to attract potential candidates. The recruiter will also be responsible for pre-screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while embodying the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Drive candidate flow through various means to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Attend community events to reach out to potential candidates.
• Build relationships to expand the candidate network.
• Utilize social media and creative methods for candidate outreach.
• Lead and organize job fairs and career events at local schools and universities.
• Source qualified candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Outreach to candidates via email, text, and phone calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Post job openings on free sites and ensure marketing materials are visible in the market.
• Pre-screen job applicants and inform them about job details and opportunities.
• Match applicants with job requirements and refer qualified candidates to managers.
• Assist in hiring processes and related paperwork.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or public relations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
