The FRM will represent a range of products and handle complex access cases, while also training case managers and TAMs on reimbursement frameworks. This is a field-based role covering the Northern Florida area, requiring a deep understanding of the reimbursement landscape to enhance patient access and experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize access to Genentech products by addressing reimbursement barriers.
• Develop reimbursement strategies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure drug accessibility.
• Train case managers and TAMs on reimbursement frameworks.
• Serve as a liaison between Field and Home Office functions, staying updated on payer policies impacting patient access.
• Exhibit advanced knowledge of portfolio products and access programs to address reimbursement challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred.
• 8 or more years of cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology) or related industry.
• A minimum of 5 or more years of direct experience with managed care and reimbursement is required.
• Excellent working knowledge of reimbursement and practice management environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with both private & public payers is strongly preferred.
• Experience in other functions in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry such as product marketing or field sales is preferred.
• Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals and objectives.
