About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, account management, and territory sales. Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through various channels and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct territory sales visits to engage with customers, present products, and close deals.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies that enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product development.

Requirements

  • Excellent account management abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques and understanding of sales management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories as needed.
