About the position

The Field Sales and Partnerships Representative at Agile Retail is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with bars, retail, and other age-gated locations to promote and sell age-gated products. This role is essential for driving product promotion and expanding the company's presence in key venues across the region. The representative will build strong relationships with venue owners and managers, coordinate marketing efforts, and analyze market trends to inform strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to drive product promotions, events, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate with Area Managers to implement field marketing programs and promotional activities across various venues.
  • Work with the marketing team to design tailored campaigns that resonate with the local target audience.
  • Oversee campaign execution in the field to ensure consistency and success.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all field marketing-related inquiries.
  • Track the performance of field marketing initiatives and partnerships, providing regular updates to management.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring alignment with the company's values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with bars, casinos, retail, or other age-restricted locations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand growth and product awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
  • Ability to travel regularly to visit key partner locations and events.

  • Experience in event planning or promotions within the hospitality or retail sectors.
