About the position

The Architectural Field Representative serves as the primary liaison between Renlita/EVODoors and various industry professionals, including architects, contractors, and builders. This role is essential for promoting Renlita's products through presentations and technical expertise, ensuring that the company's door systems are integrated into commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural sales and presentations, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust knowledge of all Renlita product lines/services
  • Schedule all Lunch & Learns in coordination with territory campaigns
  • Present informative presentations per AIA guidelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and builders to promote Renlita and EVO door products and solutions
  • Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products
  • Set up the presentation areas and break them down after the presentation
  • Schedule and coordinate all meals for each presentation
  • Work with Renlita on activities surrounding field marketing campaigns
  • Submit all AIA credits to Ron Blank & Associates
  • Have appropriate materials, signage, and sales team business cards for presentations
  • Address any questions regarding the use of our doors in various designs
  • Track expenses in an organized fashion and submit them via Concur app
  • Report weekly on the status of all Lunch & Learn activities
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with management, sales team, & Social Media Coordinator
  • Attend trade shows as needed to assist with staging and tear-down, along with interacting with attendees

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience may be substituted
  • Superb oral communication skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Apple Pages, Apple Numbers, and Mac computers
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Authorization & Consent to Drug/Alcohol testing, background check, and credit check
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
