About the position

The Field Sales Brand Ambassador position at Midwest Goods Inc. is an outside sales role focused on promoting products and building customer relationships in the Chicago suburbs. The primary objective is to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various marketing and promotional activities. This contract position requires candidates to be highly motivated, possess reliable transportation, and be comfortable working outdoors at different locations throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including influencers, industry leaders, and community organizations, to amplify brand messaging and reach.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and optimize marketing tactics for maximum impact.
  • Serve as a brand spokesperson and thought leader, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing, incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance brand positioning, customer experience, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Highly self-driven and focused on achieving and surpassing set goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of tasks and client interactions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to locations from the base location.
  • Teamwork mentality.
  • A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of marketing or previous Brand Ambassador experience.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required.
