About the position

The Field Sales Enablement Market Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships across Field Sales Channels to meet and exceed sales targets and company initiatives. This role acts as a sales enabler, enhancing the performance of UBREAKIFIX stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through various support methods including in-person visits, training, and strategic planning. The position requires proactive engagement with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies, provide coaching, and drive a culture of sales excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow productive relationships across Field Sales Channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the primary voice of Asurion for assigned markets, meeting diverse organizational goals.
  • Assess gaps in the current sales process and develop growth strategies to enhance revenue performance.
  • Provide field sales training support, including coaching and role-playing sessions.
  • Conduct side-by-side selling and on-floor observations to develop product knowledge and sustainable sales behavior.
  • Deliver difficult feedback to peers and leaders during coaching sessions.
  • Engage with top performers to identify and document best practices in sales behavior.
  • Interpret complex sales reports to identify gaps and plan effective market sales tactics.
  • Lead discussions and deliver content virtually, providing daily and ad-hoc readouts as needed.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for store visits and travel expectations.
  • Generate excitement and engagement around sales for multiple teams across a large territory.
  • Manage travel and expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a co-located team with both Asurion and client employees.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills for small and large groups across all levels.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible schedule.
