About the position

The Field Sales Enablement Market Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships across Field Sales Channels to meet and exceed sales targets and company initiatives. This role acts as a sales enabler, enhancing the performance of UBREAKIFIX stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through various support methods, including training, coaching, and strategic planning. The position requires significant travel within the assigned region to provide in-person support and foster a sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow productive relationships across Field Sales Channels.
  • Act as the primary voice of Asurion for assigned markets, meeting diverse organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to improve revenue and performance.
  • Provide field sales training support, including coaching and feedback during practice sessions.
  • Conduct side-by-side selling and on-floor observations to enhance product knowledge and sales behavior.
  • Document and disseminate best practices identified from top performers.
  • Analyze complex sales reports to identify gaps and plan effective sales tactics.
  • Lead discussions and deliver content virtually, providing daily and ad-hoc readouts.
  • Manage travel and expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong performance rating for internal applicants or current coach level role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both Asurion and client employees.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills for small and large groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
