About the position

The Sales Manager at Legacy Restoration is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Sales Department, including hiring, training, and daily management of the sales team. This role focuses on driving sales results in the field, managing budgets, and ensuring effective collaboration with other departments to meet job margins and completion timelines. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for employees and customers through excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Hit daily, weekly, monthly and annual contract numbers and revenue goals.
• Interview, train, and hire all Service Representatives.
• Provide strong leadership and daily management to the entire Sales Team.
• Plan and execute all Sales Meetings (weekly and any others as deemed necessary).
• Perform monthly quota and performance reviews for the Sales Team.
• Propose and execute an annual budget and plan for the department.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience in the property claims space (insurance claims).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience, with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to articulate a personal approach/philosophy for leadership.
• Consistent history and track record of success in the industry, with verifiable references.
• Experience and comfortability with using mobile apps and computer technology (specific program training will be provided).
• Reliable vehicle.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks including climbing ladders and working at roof heights.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
