Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of your sales territory, propose new ideas for improvement, and lead by example in promoting a positive sales culture.
  • Set and achieve personal and team goals, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Seek feedback, engage in professional development, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance your skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
  • Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
