About the position

The Field Sales Representative (FSR) role at Lomi involves engaging with Costco members to provide product demonstrations and drive sales of Lomi products during events. The FSR will be the face of the brand, responsible for ensuring a best-in-class customer experience while supporting the business development team and key partners. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in social environments and are passionate about sustainability and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed set sales goals for each roadshow event.
  • Set-up and breakdown of Lomi booth at start and conclusion of each roadshow event.
  • Check-in with warehouse staff upon arrival and leave a maintained station before leaving for the day.
  • Engage with all customers passing by the Lomi booth.
  • Actively promote and drive sales of Lomi products during demonstrations, converting customer interest into purchases.
  • Follow an assigned schedule, given by your manager.
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that is consistent with the requirements of the job.
  • Ensure products are displayed properly; demo station is set up to standard and maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Attend training sessions as required.
  • Be the eyes, ears and voice of Lomi within Costco while adhering to all warehouse policies.
  • Follow health, safety and privacy guidelines for Lomi and Costco.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that align to the Lomi culture, values and mission.
  • Support sales organization with ad-hoc requests and projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales (experience at Costco or other retail a plus!)
  • Must be friendly, energetic, outgoing, and a 'people-person'.
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to drive with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for booth set-up/breakdown.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
