As a Field Sales Representative for Maersk, you will hold overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and the performance of an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on a medium impact client base across various geographical areas. Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customers and budget base, pursuing and securing business in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customers and the assigned account base, staying informed of significant trends, rate changes, and policies.
  • Research and analyze the territory to establish business contacts with potential customers and stay ahead of competitive and industry trends.
  • Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and quality maintained, utilizing Salesforce or current CRM program to build a customer database of key information; build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; identify trends to improve win probability and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Established and successful field sales experience.
