Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Springs branded products to retail stores and home décor franchises.
• Service between 40 and 60 retail stores with combined annual sales of $1-$4 million.
• Spend approximately 70% of time selling through direct interactions with franchise owners and retail customers.
• Conduct retail in-store business reviews and product training.
• Build brand affinity and loyalty with retail management and store associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively use technology and common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver's License required.
