This position will follow a hybrid schedule of Mondays in office and the rest of the week on the road/remote. The Field Sales Representative will define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. The role involves maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges. Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services is essential. The position requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment, along with an extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry. The representative must develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings, and prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR). This includes presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service. The role also requires promoting and selling the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow, as well as proficiency in sales tracking systems like SalesForce.com and Oracle. This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE being variable and tied to specific sales-related goals.
