About the position

The Field Sales Representative at AT&T is responsible for delivering customized technology solutions directly to customers, enhancing their experience through personalized interactions. This role involves generating leads, managing sales targets, and providing hands-on demonstrations of products and services. With a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance, representatives enjoy the autonomy to organize their schedules and work independently in the field, supported by comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage the sales process from cold calls to closing deals.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and WiFi assessments for customers.
  • Provide tech delivery and issue resolution to keep customers connected.
  • Organize daily schedules to meet customers at their convenience, including evenings and weekends.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license to operate the company car.
