About the position

The Field Sales Representative at AT&T is responsible for delivering customized, white glove experiences directly to customers. This role emphasizes building connections through personalized sales interactions, offering hands-on demos, and resolving tech issues. With a focus on achieving sales goals, representatives enjoy the autonomy to manage their schedules and meet customers at their convenience, all while benefiting from uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers daily to introduce the latest technology and services.
• Conduct hands-on demos and WiFi assessments to enhance customer experience.
• Resolve technical issues to keep customers connected.
• Organize daily schedules to meet customers at their preferred times and locations.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Some prior sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license to operate the company car.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in direct sales or field sales roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to pivot during sales interactions.
