The Field Sales Representative at Anticimex Carolinas is a pivotal role focused on driving sales growth in the pest control industry. This position involves actively seeking new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The representative will be responsible for expanding the company's client base in the Charleston area, leveraging a competitive commission structure to maximize earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities with commercial and/or residential builders.
  • Become knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the company.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, networking, and generating inbound leads.
  • Pitch premium pest control solutions and close deals with new commercial clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to nurture long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure flawless execution after the sale.
  • Continuously explore ways to increase sales goals and exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
  • Self-motivation and the hustle to relentlessly pursue new business.
  • Polished presentation abilities and the charisma to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and organizational talents.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B).
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history.
