About the position

The Field Sales position's primary purpose is to cater to customers and their project needs that Biltright often encounters and to generate sales for the business. This role requires high-level communication skills, exceptional customer service, a passion for sales, and a keen attention to detail. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, taking photos and measurements, and ultimately closing sales. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in driving the success of the sales process. In this position, you will engage in various lead generation techniques, including networking, attending events, utilizing social media, door knocking, and more. You will also be tasked with generating install and material sales through in-person appointments. Maintaining strong relationships with dealers and presenting product knowledge trainings will be essential to your role. You are expected to show up to all scheduled appointments to accurately measure and design jobs for customers, conduct in-person sales and product presentations to showcase our products and services, and meet and exceed all quotas and goals set by the company. Customer management will be conducted through CRM platforms, and you will be responsible for completing all design details with the customer, processing sales orders accurately, and following up with clients after the sale. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for remote work when not in the field, and requires a commitment to full-time work, five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through dealers as well as networking, events, social media, door knocking, and other lead generation techniques
  • Generating install and material sales through in-person appointments
  • Maintaining all dealer relationships and presenting product knowledge trainings
  • Showing up to all scheduled appointments to accurately measure and design jobs for customers
  • Conducting in-person sales and product presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Meeting and exceeding all quotas and goals set
  • Managing customer relationships through CRM platforms
  • Completing all design details with the customer
  • Processing sales orders accurately and following up with clients after the sale

  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Technical proficiency skills (iPad software, email, Google, and using new apps/software)
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
