About the position

The Field Sales Representative at TDS Telecom is responsible for engaging with potential customers through door-to-door sales, educating them about the company's residential products and services, and managing customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, control earnings through uncapped commissions, and actively participate in community events to promote TDS's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services.
• Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers.
• Complete sales documentation by accurately recording and submitting daily sales orders, agreements, and reports to the supervisor.
• Oversee customer accounts by managing relationships from the initial sale through installation and conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
• Create community buzz by organizing and participating in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
