The Field Sales Representative at Fusion Power is responsible for acquiring new clients and providing tailored solutions based on their needs. This role involves direct communication with prospects, negotiating sales, and contributing to the team's sales targets. Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new leads through cold calling and online sales strategies.
- Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by Fusion Power.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.
Requirements
- Must have Solar Virtual Sales experience.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times.
