Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to identify pest and wildlife issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of homes and businesses (inside and out) to assess the problem.
- Provide solutions and create estimates using a tablet.
- Present estimates and work with customers to close deals.
- Follow up on potential clients via phone or email.
- Maintain and expand a client database within your territory.
- Collaborate with a team that includes field technicians and customer support.
Requirements
- In-home sales experience, preferably in roofing, gutters, windows, attic insulation, or other home services.
- Comfortable working in different environments, including rooftops, attics, and outdoors.
- Self-motivated and committed to achieving high earnings.
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and use a ladder.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and tablet.
- Residing preferably in Seminole or Polk County.
