About the position

The Field Sales Representative role at Norman International Inc. involves flexible scheduling and extensive interaction with store associates. The representative will perform product installations, maintenance, and ensure excellent customer service while managing product displays in various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide product sample installations and maintenance for window blinds, shades, and shutters.
• Conduct group Product Knowledge training for store associates.
• Install in-store signage and maintain display appearance by cleaning and dusting.
• Travel to customer store locations and maintain a consistent call cycle within assigned territory.
• Log store visits using the Salesforce app.
• Assess inventory levels of marketing materials and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering quality services.
• Care for all company property including cell phone, computer, and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or service to department stores/mass merchants/home centers/DIY stores is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Ability to lift about 15 to 20 lbs.
