About the position

IntegriCert LLC is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic Sales Team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide product information, respond to inquiries, and facilitate sales of rigging fabrication and non-destructive testing services. The representative will be responsible for following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

Responsibilities

  • Receive requests for price quotations and purchase orders via telephone, fax, or email.
  • Respond immediately to customer inquiries and provide courteous service.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and visit potential customers.
  • Develop referrals and make contacts in the assigned territory.
  • Attend and work trade shows for the company.
  • Review questions or concerns with the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Ensure contacts receive marketing literature and answer any questions.
  • Work with the Credit Department to establish new accounts and assist with credit arrangements.
  • Follow up with customers after order receipt to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
  • Submit reports to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director, including activity reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 4-year Business degree in Marketing (preferred).
  • 3 years prior sales experience in wire rope, rigging, or non-destructive testing industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with people.
  • Ability to read and understand basic customer purchase agreements.
