About The Position
As a Field Sales Trainer at Victra, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training workshops, seminars, and on-the-floor training in a tele sales environment. You will show, teach, and coach on all operational and training activities in a classroom setting, partnering with leadership and the Store Support Center. Your role will involve delivering standardized trainings that reflect the organization's goals and developing training initiatives aimed at aligning employee performance with these goals.
