About the position

The Field Service Engineer at Keysight is responsible for calibrating and aligning measurement and test equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations. This role involves both mechanical and electrical tasks, requiring a strong background in equipment calibration and alignment, as well as a commitment to maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate measurement and test equipment both mechanical and electrical, using manual and automated procedures.
• Perform alignment on failing units and determine if repairs are required.
• Pickup and deliver equipment as necessary.
• Help to create a highly collaborative environment while helping the team meet or exceed the customer's expectations for 90% turn-around time under 10 Days.
• Use daily work list to prioritize calibrations.
• Take all required courses before they are due.
• Escalate any issues affecting the workflow or customer satisfaction to Management.

Requirements

• Over ten years of experience calibrating and aligning measurement and test equipment, both electrical and mechanical.
• Able to lift at least 40LBS.
