The Field Service Engineer position focuses on providing maintenance and emergency service solutions for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and managing UPS software, ensuring efficient power management for clients across North America. Responsibilities

  • Analyze, test, and troubleshoot complex UPS system issues.
  • Install, update, manage, and maintain UPS software.
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on UPS systems.
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution to clients.
  • Adapt to changing field conditions with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Experience with UPS manufacturers such as Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, or Toshiba.
