About the position

The Field Service Engineer at Veralto is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers by installing and maintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and fostering strong relationships. This role involves extensive travel and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment
  • Install products and solutions at customer locations
  • Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems
  • Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers
  • Promote service agreements and newer technology to extend Videojet's market footprint

Requirements

  • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
  • Up to two years of technical experience
  • Basic computer/technical skills including email and Microsoft Word
  • Compliance with PPE, safety, and registration requirements of customers
  • Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
