We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the US Operations Team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be working on-site for deployments, routine maintenance, conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, designing customer site layouts, evaluating environmental impact, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for running field operations, analyzing data, overseeing equipment maintenance, job planning, troubleshooting, and supporting overall project objectives. Your technical expertise will assist our organization in increasing client satisfaction, improving efficiency, managing risk, and diagnosing problems. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact includes new system installation, scheduling tasks at each job site, troubleshooting issues, performing emergency services, writing detailed technical reports, training others to use equipment, ensuring proper adherence to safety requirements in facilities, designing site layouts using CAD, and performing maintenance work on schedule.
