As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of field service support, customer relationship management, and providing detailed reports to the customer. Your work will involve providing complete services on Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) equipment systems, including installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications. You will also collaborate with the Service Team to deliver technical expertise and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position is remote and primarily focuses on Central and Eastern PA, specifically Philadelphia. You will have the opportunity to travel to various customer labs across the region to perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and validation of equipment systems. In addition, you will provide phone, augmented reality, and live support to resolve customer service requests.
