You will also have the opportunity to learn pharmacy and nursing workflows and understand how medication management systems significantly drive efficiency and reduce wasteful spending. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing moderate to advanced-level onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell's electro-mechanical solutions. You will regularly communicate with nursing and pharmacy staff at various levels and tackle problems of varying scope. Thorough documentation of all service events according to Omnicell's policies and procedures is essential, as is meeting company guidelines for response time and service levels. You will also manage parts inventory and return materials processes, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
