We are currently hiring for a Field Service Engineer II, a role that can be located anywhere in the Northeastern US. This position is crucial as it involves the installation and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment at customer sites in the Northeastern area of the US. An ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude along with a basic understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). In this role, you will be expected to live our culture and exemplify our Growth Enabling Behaviors, which empower you to deliver results, succeed, and lead with accountability. You will support in conducting standard site surveys to develop installation design plans and demonstrate an intermediate knowledge of professional principles and skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports covering all job activities and providing training to customers on maintaining and adjusting standard equipment based on established protocols. Specialized skills or certifications may be required in addition to the prior level Tech training requirements. Safety is paramount, and you will apply judgment and authority for safety stop work while independently performing basic tasks and functions in your professional field.
