About the position

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical presentations to a diverse audience that includes customers, industry peers, and competitors. Your expertise will be essential in achieving the revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides that are utilized by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes related to field services and product development, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective. As a leader, you will coordinate cross-functional groups to swiftly address any administrative challenges that may arise concerning the delivery and installation of the appropriate equipment. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Previous industry experience
  • Previous technical/installation experience
