Responsibilities

• Conducts semi-complex site surveys to develop installation design plans.
• Trains customers and engineers on maintaining and adjusting complex tools and test equipment.
• Develops planning and estimating of labor categories, material costs, and transportation expenses for proposals.
• Guides the review of complex-task plans, drawings, and installation schematics throughout task duration.
• Completes and submits reports covering all job activity.
• Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions based on knowledge and techniques.
• Seeks advice on non-routine or problem areas for others.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of professional principles and skills.
• Applies judgment for safety stop work procedures.
• Independently performs basic tasks and functions in the professional field.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Engineering required.
• 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes in the work area.
• Ability to take ownership of business impact and commit to deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of business acumen.
• Ability to research electro-mechanical parts for repairs and alterations of water systems.
• Understanding of complex Plumbing and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, including minor changes to Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.
