As a Field Service Engineer for Bio-Rad's Global Commercial Operations Group, you will play a crucial role in providing essential assistance and care to customers in hospitals and laboratories across the New England region. Your primary responsibilities will include performing repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on Bio-Rad's Clinical Diagnostics and Life Science instruments. This ensures that our equipment operates at peak performance, which is vital for the healthcare professionals who depend on it to advance medical research and treatments. You will also be expected to respond to emergencies and may occasionally assist staff in other regions, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our products to advocate for customers and deliver exceptional service and support. In this role, you will be traveling up to 50% of the time, utilizing a company-provided vehicle to reach various locations.
