GovCIO is seeking a remote Field Service Engineer III who will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products and equipment. This role involves training employees, analyzing product failures, and recommending suitable products or services to meet customer needs. The engineer will rely on their experience and judgment to accomplish goals and may lead the work of others, demonstrating creativity and latitude in their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• May lead and direct the work of others
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of database analytics experience (or commensurate experience)
• Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
