About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and service to customers on-site.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant equipment and systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including potential night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
