About the position

The Field Service Engineer will be a key member of the Central Region service team, responsible for providing on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across various product lines primarily in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Manage inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
• Associate's degree in engineering or chemistry (required).
• Valid driver's license and passport.
