The Level 1 Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing daily maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment at client sites in Malta, NY. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and requires travel to client locations approximately 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to perform daily maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues that arise onsite.
• Respond to client needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot electronically to component and board level.
• 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of failure analysis and electrical components.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Hands-on experience with IC Chips and their manufacturing process.
