About the position
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site support to customers in the Northeast region, specifically in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial machines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of machines at customer sites.
- Diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of machines.
- Perform service calls to correct problems with company products.
- Provide technical support to service representatives and customers.
- Prepare and complete service and expense reports promptly.
Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical courses and experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Mechanical, electrical, computer, and software experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
