In this position, the Field Service Engineer will serve as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for maintenance and repair of FACTS and HVDC stations. They will provide customer support through phone communication and on-site deployments, taking ownership of customer issues and collaborating with project managers to resolve them promptly.
