About the position

As a Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of our printing solutions, which are essential for product safety and productivity in various production environments. You will be the face of Videojet, interacting directly with customers to address their needs and challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for installing Videojet products at customer locations, providing ongoing care and support for their equipment, and diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise. Building strong relationships with customers will be key, as you will become a trusted advisor, helping them understand and utilize our technology effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote our service agreements and newer technologies, thereby extending Videojet's footprint in the market. Responsibilities
