About the position

Our client is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, support of automation tools, on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that the equipment operates efficiently and meets the operational standards required by the clients. You will be expected to engage with various stakeholders, including manufacturing teams, to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and any issues are resolved promptly. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Manufacturing for machine debug, validation, and commissioning
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment
• Coordinate and perform installation, startup, validation, and commissioning of systems at customer facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Experience with automation tools and systems
