About the position

The Facility Maintenance Technician at Boise Centre is responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of the venue's buildings and equipment. This role involves hands-on maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other technicians to support event setups, all aimed at providing exceptional experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist with event setup and ensure all details are perfect for guests.
• Collaborate with other technicians to maintain facility standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments safely.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance or large building operations.
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
• Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
