As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for routine technical work while ensuring exceptional service delivery. We're seeking an individual who embodies high-impact behaviors, is inspired to innovate, empowered to lead, and accountable for driving success. In this role, you will support in conducting standard site surveys to develop base or installation design plans. You will provide support in training customers to maintain and adjust standard equipment, test equipment, calibration items, etc., based on established protocol. Additionally, you will support in preparing and submitting reports covering all job activities, seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas for others. You will demonstrate a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills, applying judgment and authority for safety stop work. The position requires you to independently perform basic tasks and functions for the professional field of work, and specialist skill/training or certification may be required in addition to all training requirements.
