About the position

As a Field Service Engineer at Epredia, you will play a crucial role in managing field service support and customer relationships. This position involves providing comprehensive services such as installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications, all while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promoting service offerings tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service activities including repair, installation, upgrades, IQOQ, and preventive maintenance.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by improving service capabilities and competence on Epredia instrumentation.
  • Promote service offerings to meet customer needs with a proactive mindset for preventive maintenance.
  • Adhere to technical escalation and field service standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 5 years of field service experience
  • Self-starter with good communication skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
  • College degree required and/or equivalent experience
