Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, along with a minimum of one year of automotive experience. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Automotive Technology or Management, Ford-specific automotive repair training, and hands-on vehicle repair experience with Ford or Lincoln brands.
