About the position

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Central Region service team, providing on-site service that includes preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines. This role requires you to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate complex instruments at customer sites within your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing inventory, trip planning, and handling administrative tasks related to service functions. Your work will focus on supporting the company's range of high-precision measuring instruments that assess physical, chemical, mechanical, and structural properties. Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
  • Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
  • Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport.
