The Field Service Engineer is a critical role within BD, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of medical technology products through effective training and field service activities. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Field Service Engineer plays a vital role in customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and maintaining professionalism that aligns with Becton Dickinson's image. Compliance with Quality, GMP, ISO, and safety regulations is essential, as is adherence to company travel expense policies. The Field Service Engineer must also be capable of interpreting instrument performance verification data and taking corrective actions when necessary. This role requires effective communication with peers, team leaders, management, and internal associates to ensure alignment with team goals and objectives.
