Your primary responsibility will be to visit various customer locations, predominantly in the Midwest, where you will be tasked with the installation and maintenance of our advanced CDI Laser engraving and XPS UV exposure systems. You will also be responsible for training customers on the proper use of the equipment and conducting operator maintenance to ensure optimal performance. In addition to installations and training, your role will involve performing electrical, mechanical, and optical repairs, as well as application software upgrades. Mechanical skills are also important, as you will need to assemble components and perform fine adjustments on mechanical parts and optics. Additionally, a good understanding of PC hardware, the Windows operating system, and basic networking is required, as you will be replacing computer parts and installing device drivers as needed.
